So the U.S. will lose to China in space technology…as planned China will send humans to the moon by 2030 and build a base there then start rare earth mining on the moon.

Maybe SG can collect a few of their NASA workers to help S'pore space project at NUS or at NTU, if they retiring, also here maybe able to take in a few for them...project temporary?.
