If early stage is so "obvious" then not so worried.

I remember parrot man kena cancer and lost his nose looks very devastating...he later killed himself.
If early stage is obvious how come his case became terminal and he lost a big part of his face.

I notice PAP ministers always discover their cancers and heart disease early. Do they  pay for  same type of checkup as ordinary working class?
