Nike & adidas are moving almost all their production out of china to indonesia & vietnam, so rcep is good that relocation of production can do it freely out of china.
Japan invite taiwan to develop 6G mobile system, taiwan is not in rcep, why work with taiwan? whole world know japan is on the way to move all their production out of china now, what rcep?
taiwan semiconductor can help the world to achieve 6G but not china.

Nike and Adidas are low end production.  

When China is moving into high tech industry like chips, 5G and 6G, it is natural for low end to move away. Nothing to worry about.  

Even 2 years ago when Iphone said it is moving production to US and India and etc, did it happen? Why still made in China?   

Going away is better for China but it is afraid if they can't even go away.
