Thinking of downgrading to smaller units.

If register in HDB portal intend to sell. Then I need to place advertisment myself right .
The only place property guru or ohmyhm(right).
As for buying I need to search myself also right ?🤔

Yes, nowadays you can sell your own flat easily.  The difference between us and agents is that they do it at a much faster pace cos it is their bread n butter. Can also consider 99.co
