You line up two or more other objects of the same colour as the frog
You do it three times
Then when the frog blinks brightly, you tap on the frog and bring to where you want to clear other obstacles 
You can smash up to 8 obstacles at a time using this booster

Hmmm....The frog is a booster..I din know. I thought it has to be rid of to proceed to next step.  Now I know. Thanks I should be abe to clear this stage later tonight.
