Ukraine’s PM is a comedian who has zero experience in politics let alone ruling a country. Czech’s former President was a writer. The Philippines ex-President was an actor. Boris Johnson was a journalist in his former life and was suspended after he reported fake news.

Leaders or ministers must have years of political experience before they are allowed to take the positions, if not, they will fail badly.
