Two party system looks better than one party system, unreality it is not much better.

it is through open democratic process.

If purse more different views from the public, it is better to have part of MP seats base proportional representation of the votes.
the distribution of seats corresponds to the proportion of the total votes cast for each party.

It would be much more meaningful than having two parties system.

Quite a number of countries have this practices. At any time there will be some different heard in parliament
