Not many people there, I visited Hobart, in city centre I could only see 10 people, bars and cafes are mostly empty, population is low, only 300k across entire island, worse than Perth.  Very hard to find jobs even for jobs like waiter 500 people compete for one position. No job, no people, no business. Furthermore it is very windy and cold, colder than Melbourne in winter. 

Go there and open a farm.
