Alam, Your reading of analysis is very shallow.   

Why China's growth rate in first quarter of 2021 is high at 18.3%? It is because the first quarter of 2020 was -6.8%. So the first quarter of 2021 was exceptional high at 18.3%   

1. If you add up 2 years first quarters of 2020 and 2021, the total is,
-6.8% + 18.3% = 11.5%   

2. The 2nd quarter of 2020 and 2021 is,
3.2% + 7.9% = 11.1% 

3. The 3rd quarter of 2020 and 2021 is,  
4.9% + 4.9% = 9.8%

4. The 4th quarter of 2020 and 2021 is,
6.5% + 4% = 10.5%   

So all 4 quarters are 10 to 11%. They are very consistent and beautiful.   

You don't understand and you are shallow, don't try to copy from FLG site data to any how show your low standard.
