This one change from ocbc kind of show that they had a system breach and can't run away from bearing responsibility...

"Daily limit for funds transfer via PayNow reduced from the default S$5,000 to S$1,000." 

For the scammed victim they had reported of transactions that went in the thousands and tens of thousands? How could it have gone thru if the default is 5k?

Because the scammers increased the limits. They also activated the digital token in their own phone bypassing sms otp. That's why victims don't know.

So safest still physical tokens but very inconvenient.
