Some 30,000 Russian troops are spread thin along 3000km frontline as they rapidly take more territory in the last 10 days.
As a result they lost some territory back to the Ukrainians in the last few days, giving the impression Ukraine is winning.
Russians have only used 30% men & equipment committed for this military operations. Many more at the borders waiting to enter for Phase 2 of the operations.
Yesterday Putin gave last warning before Phase 2: Ukraine to accept terms of negotiations happening today, or "may lose statehood"
