becos army generals do not go to the war zone
they are at the office in kremlin
with a big map on the table
and have small toys soldier and tanks on the table
when the captains report wat happen
he will use a long stick to move the 'chesspiece' on the map
and report to putin sitting in the long table

the generals only tell the majors or colonels wat they want
then the colonels tell the captain to go to the war zone
the captains will tell the lietenants to go to the various cities
the lieutanants will tell the sergents to bring the soldiers to here and there
