It is wrong to attack the civilians that are unarmed and are already paying the collateral damage from the war.

The world should move towards one where countries debate about this before going physical. And when they do go physical, it should be a team fight in a controlled environment and leave the masses alone. Because most if not all benefits goes to the leaders of each country, high time they go into actual fight than to ask soldiers or civilians to take up arms and defend.
