Why cash ? while Reit still trading got hope to get back losses...Total cash mean total loss ? Any advice ?

I guess those who have bought SPH low will opt for pure cash.

Those who bought at high prices may opt for cash plus shares.

Based on option for the latter at present Sph reit price, it is slightly below $2.36.
May be good to  be still vested with Sph reit...hopefully the share price can surge post Covid.
