Wah, looks like this Ukraine war has created a big weapon market for the US. They started by selling the weapons and when Ukraine's budget cannot cope with the buying, now the US is offering weapon rentals. Very innovative marketing of weapons. 

They must have all the weapons' chartering contracts drawn up like ship's chartering covering all aspects of payment including on/off hire surveys of weapons, delivery/re-delivery, payment terms. Singapore should capitalize on this market quickly........
