Stock markets are gambling dens why are they allowed?

They are necessary part of a modern economy and financial center. Most of the time it is not a gambling den...and functions to allocate capital efficiently. 

KTV on the other hand are mostly vice dens with foreign women and owners linked to underground. 

If closed, I think society will benefit.
