Can call it a resumption of a civil war.

ROC has the legit government.  CCP is the rogue government.

There is only One China.  The one which Dr YS Sun (国父）founded, which still stands.

1. Not resumption, is continuation of civil war which was interrupted.

2. PRC is recognised by UN as the legitimate member of the UN. ROC only  has  a tiny island waiting to be reunited with motherland.

3. Dr. Sun YS did not "found" China. china has been in existence for thousands of years.
