china govt force Citi banks in china to stop all money transfer or remit out of china.
only communist & dictator country can force to stop their people freedom to own to do anything to their own money or asset, there is no personal asset eventually, all their people money belong to country or party eventually.
no free speech or talk now, govt can block, delete, censor stop anything & everything they like, arrest as they like lawlessly.
