Tesla's price was pushed up mainly because of the propaganda of the Shanghai factory which opened in 2019.   Now that the game is over after several closures of the Shanghai factory,  it started to come down.   Once the PE started to drop, it will continue to drop until all factories are in full swing.  But Tesla's PE of 90 is still 4 times higher than Apple's.  There is a long way down unless Tesla can restore its performance with some more innovations.
