Can I say this ...dont be offended.
SMEs come and go we don't have to worry they close down. When there is money to be made someone will start the next SME ESPECIALLY in F&B. The capital required and barrier of entry is low.
Govt cannot be using its precious resources to keep afloat SMEs.
