Should Sers flat owners have to top up cash for similar-sized replacement units

Your Say: Should Sers flat owners have to top up cash for similar-sized replacement units with new 99-year lease?

"I think it is fair to top up a reasonable amount on a 43-year-old flat (92-93 sqm) to get a new flat (90 sqm) with a 99-year lease," says a TODAY reader. What do others think about the news this week that some affected residents have to cough out S$100,000 for a replacement unit of the same size.
