According to Hong Kong media reports, two workers were testing in the gondola. There were steel cables on both sides of the gondola connecting the hangers. Leaning, two people were thrown out of the gondola and fell to the ground from a height of about 20 floors. The entire process was filmed by another person who was on the roof recording the process at the time.
