just restart see if it works.
after this if persisting i issue a few commands:
i don't know the eq in windows 10:
sudo apt update -y
sudo apt full-upgrade -y
sudo apt autoremove -y
sudo apt autoclean -y
sudo apt clean -y
reboot

I keep disk image file as backup
