Do he got pester those Lectures go Upgrade themselves first? in Polytechnic , Uni ??
I do know MOE does but is not enforce.
Means lazy lecture just continue teach 10 years series
This is why CECA , foreigners Talents are in need.
EPIC Govt claim need their talents, expertism etc
Whereas never wonder why they are more talent than local?
