REALLY " Jiak liao bee to max " They don't even tactically say troubleshoot themselves , just command their sub contractors do the labour , troubleshoot works. The support officer just go check " some don't even go check " partly the sub contractors will take photo to proof the job done message the officer

than just reply back to end user job done.
