No country in the world will say what is happening in China real estate is not a crash. If happen anywhere else people will acknowledge it has crashed.
In 2016, the chuna stock market crashed and many China investors were wiped out.

What is happening is they whitewash these crashes and make victims absorb losses and never admit to problems.
Had the same think happened somewhere else...it will be acknowledged as crash and sometimes govt has to resign.
