The black list:

1.  Chloe ..mislead people to say can train people to play options to make money. Options is a zero or negative sum game.

2. Germaine...iQuadrant mislead people to say they can own many properties with no money down most of these were short lease industrial properties that carry  economic risks. Now she sells course on Investing in UK another dangerous Fad.

3. Pauline aka millionaire mom. Sells over priced courses on value investing stock.picking is never something that investors starting out should do as it takes a long time to reach a proficiency level to do well. So basically it over promise and can never deliver. It just set neginners on the wrong start. They should just buy a diversified fund at a regular interval.

4. Thomas Yin ....claims that using simple tools like moving average etc can make consistent profits. He will "train you for free" but upsell you to expensive courses.

5. Kelvin Seetoh aka super stock investors. Its always easy to make claims based on last decade bull run where many multibaggers were created. But last 10yrs is an exception. His form of investing in early stage companies based on growth and generous metric that he used is disastrous jn all other decades and can be toxic in coming one. I see he and his side kick recommending stocks that fell 50-79% in last 6 months..

6. Adam Khoo .....not that he teaches anything blatant wrong but hardly useful. His options course is bad. ...his best advice is free ,"buy good companies and reasonable price".

7. Chicken Genius...= a guy who struck lottery on Tesla and thought he was a genius and got everything else wrong. But he is free of charge..so watch at you own risk.

8.Rayner Teo....a guy who sell backtested trading techniques. Yes they work for last 20yrs but what he doesn't tell you such systems that worked jn the past is common and easy to create with computers today....just that they have little chance of continuing to work in future..they are just tested to work in the past.
