Any out of the ordinary message or email …. call that organisation 
Got an email from MS in my office account …. I called my Helpdesk. Told me to delete its a scam mail. 
Everyday any office mail systems are bombarded with thousands of scam mails, 1 or 2 will manage to get thru, so stay alert
