The best thing I heard from FIRE people is not to look at it once you put in because losses and gain can affect you emotionally and most cannot control their emotions.
Another expert will say why not take the profit gain so far by offloading (instead of wasting it by not looking) then buy back again after the crash and let them roll from scratch again......
