It is true our universe is expanding, but you have to think beyond our “tiny” universe, in the multiverse space every universe is just a tiny bubble, when universe expands the bubble gets slightly bigger, however it won’t affect other universes nearby. The boundary of every universe is the edge of every bubble, unfortunately we can only see a tiny part of our tiny bubble, there’s no way we can get out of our universe and reach to other universes due to the enormous distance.
