fr 2023 non certification courses like gardenibg hydroponics bakerr cooking etc can not use skills fund moreover gst is 8%
better dont waste yr skills fund

anyway i hv sucessfully source a hydroponic course conducted in chinese using skills fund now short of ard 4 participants to form minimum to start a class
