so better sell or hold?

If you sell you get $4 cash per share.
If you hold you will get $4.10 value combined.

If you have small amount you may end up with odd lots that is hard to selloff later that's why some people sell now at $4 when the total value you receive is $4.1 but consists of odd lots...

For example every lots you hold you will get 155 shares of Capital Commercial Truts.  How are you going to manage 155 shares?
