The stupidity is not they didn't plan 8 months.

The stupidity is they followed US instructions to sanction Russia. If they didn't sanction, they won't be in this hot soup.

The starting point is NATO 5 times shifting bases closer and closer to Russia border. They should have own independent policy instead of behaving like a slave to US.
