PAP imports foreign talents to create jobs for locals is wrong policy.

Why India and China do not import foreign talents to create jobs for locals ?
Because India and China can train enough manpower to meet local demand and even need to export manpower
to help Singapore who cannot train enough IT manpower.

PAP needs to import foreign talents for companies because PAP govt cannot or do not know how to train enough manpower for IT.

PAP needs to come up a plan to train enough local IT manpower and not import foreign talents.
For example, there are about 5000 applicants for 700 placements in a local TFIP programme .
Training yearly 5000 applicants will be more than enough to resolve the local IT manpower shortage.
