I am only reporting on observations made and possible reasons.

Basically it shows a preparation for war to invade Taiwan.

The words "opening and reform" taken out and replaced with "struggle". Technocrats capabile of running the economy replaced with people linked to military and nuclear scientists.

Taiwan is probably an easier target than Ukraine in military terms.

Just like Ukraine, they just need to find a pretext 

This may be seen as a solution for CCPbon multiple fronts

1. The relationship with the west has deteriorated steadily and West is now proactively cutting trade ties with China.

2. The economy is not in good shape and the people's attention has to be deflected through ideological motivation. 

3. The West has already caught wind of China Intention and will move to help Taiwan bolster its defense. This raises tye urgency on China side.

Here us my opinion:
Biden and Europe has to deliver a deadly blow to Putin in Ukraine to deter China...and stop this deadly Taiwan invasion.
