Rainy season. Not many fishermen goes out to sea to fish.Sea too rough plus fear of piracy in the straits of malacca ,singapore straits and probably south china sea.

I think there is not many fishes in the Straits of Malacca, perhaps they should South China Sea to look for fishes.......
