While this new outlet certainly seems to have more flair than your typical Kopitiam, it has wallet-friendly meals, too. The Rice Garden Programme offers mixed rice options from just S$1.50 while ComCare card holders can select 2 vegetables and 1 meat dish for justS$1.50 (S$2.50 for NTUC members)
