Stop blaming each other and demonising each other.
See your own faults and shortcomings.
Go for win win relations.
De escalate tensions.

I tend to agree with Biden concept of compete and don’t contest.
Which ever system is better for the people will be self evident over time and will have influence.

For example if Xi succeeds with socialism with Chinese characteristics and brings an unprecedented 
quality of life for people in China, Taiwanese people will naturally want to be part of China. This will be the peaceful resolution. If there is a housing solution for the people of HK, they will appreciate their Govt and the CCP. Forget the force feeding of propaganda that makes people feel angry and cheated.

The US should reflect on its own problems all the crime and gun violence. I think if ever I travel I dare to set foot in China and not USA because any time can get killed, today the society is divided because of high income gap. Even basic things like housing and medical care is not solved.

Honestly I am disappointed by the leadership of both superpowers. Instead of creating positive examples for the rest of the world both are negative and dystopian in their own way. One is the worst example of unfettered capitalism and the other is turning into a dictatorship.

With numerous global problems coming our way like climate change, economic decline and security threats the last thing we need is for the 2 Super powers to be contesting each other. This is the time in history where we need them to work together.
