There is a reason, or at least conceptually so, to have international body to govt stuff such as WHO, WTO and NATO etc. However, we notice that USA always doesn't play by the international rules even to the extended of stealing shipments of medical supplies during covid situations earlier.

Why have international bodies when you don't respect each other mutually? All countries should just accept the WHO list of vaccine. Likewise for any rules and decisions made by WTO, NATO etc.
