keep hanging, damn piss off after the recent two miui 12 and 13 update

thought deleted all games would be better but read mail only also can hang, DLLM

xiaomi product was never like this

I miss my Mi Max 2, cheap, large screen, long battery life and most impt of all stable.

please recommend a stable relatively inexpensive phone below $300. i just need it to read office mail and maybe watch netifix/youtube

samsung A series OK ?
