1 thing we can do is to keep reporting CC to the police..
Every day at least 1 report against him (not too difficult based on what he is saying in FB), make both police and him very busy then CC will have lesser time to post on FB..

1. I have served the nation in a combat unit for 2.5 + 10 years. I had fulfilled my duty as a citizen, but has the country do it's part for me?
