A particular country's soldiers raped many many women and children in neighbouring countries some 80 years ago with lots of documentation to show proof

Although rape and sex harassment must be discouraged, it seems a country is getting a taste of self inflicted medicine rather than exported elsewhere

The 80 year old crime is still awaiting an official apology
