Russian President Vladimir Putin warned allies of occupied Ukraine in a televised address. He claimed that Russian society "will fight the enemy at all costs".

As he stated, the Patriots will be "crushed like nuts" . He argued that Western missile defense systems would be dismantled "100 percent" . He stressed that such weapons have not yet arrived in Ukraine.
