It may look like it's a lot of money but if you divide it by 5.9 million people, it is not.
You should not look at the total amount spent but the per capita expenditure.
Otherwise, everything that the government spends on will look like it's a lot of money.
The Countdown ushers in the New Year. It is the birthday of 2023.
