Normally when fed hiked rates USD will strengthen and other countries domestic interest rates will go up. 

But seems like starting from Nov 22 onwards like fed hikes got no impact on other countries currency and internet rates.

USD still kept weakening. Now only 1.34 to sgd when fed fund rates already at 4.5%.

This happened mainly because the other countries are hiking rates too. The situation is still normal.
