This stadium is one of the most expensive stadiums in Taiwan, however after the inspection of American Baseball official wires and pebble stone were found 15 cm below the surface…no underground layers of drainage system was built. The investigation needs to be conducted to find out why industrial waste was dumped and who pocketed the money & did nothing.
