Imagine, a deaf driver making a wrong turn or some one horning him to warn him and he/she has absolutely no idea.
I will not take any vehicle driven by deaf because, I will have a problem communicating with them while on the ride.

Safety is not just one turn or one situation.

As deaf drivers are less distracted and more focused they are safest in drivers it is riskier to take non deaf drivers
