Another incident was HP issued me a payment of $10,000.00 when the payment was already made a year earlier
I returned the cheque
But instead of accepting it, the PIC told me to keep it 
And told me to repeat the order for the year
I guess she wanted to cover up the mistake for her colleagues

I did these is because, especially the Citibank case, I believe that eventually the mistakes would be discovered during an audit
And I may be implicated for dishonesty keeping the money

You have done the right thing..................
