some employers knew that it takes more than 3 people to handle the workloads but they want to save cost and just hire your alone. Then pressure you to work until you break.

Very common in small family owned companies, partnerships, and sole proprietorships.

Peepur work for them as a last resort, after being unable to secure a job in the civil service or MNC, or at very least, the bigger companies of the SME category which are a little more enlightened.

Typically, the workers are not unionised.  I would even assume they are not that highly educated, not as smart, and hence are easier to manipulate and bully.
