only focus on what he said and the  way he said it

good interviewer will bring question like

if the company is collaspinng
to bring in money to save the company
you need to lick other companies CEOs backside hole with your tongue

if that is the only way out
will you do it!

The answer to that is "No, because I'm not the CEO or boss of the company that needs saving. Why should I do it when ultimately it should be the leader to take responsibility to do it?"
